Call an OnStar Advisor at 1.888.4.ONSTAR (1.888.466.7827) and provide your account number and PIN. (If you don't know your PIN, you can verify your identity with personal account information.) If you are a TTY user, please call us toll free at 1.877.248.2080 or e-mail us at TTY@onstar.com for assistance.
If you need time to get to your vehicle, the OnStar Advisor can delay remote unlock for up to 15 minutes.
*Remote door unlock not available on Saab 9-3 and 9-5 models [and recreation vehicles].
