Jim Vurpillat was named Global Marketing Director for Cadillac effective April 1, 2004. In his current role, Jim is responsible for all aspects of marketing. He is also responsible for the growth and development of the Cadillac brand on a global basis including China, Russia and the Middle East. Vurpillat has a bachelor-of-science degree in marketing and an MBA in business from the University of Dayton, Ohio. He is a native of Flossmoor, Illinois, a Chicago suburb.

Ken is responsible for the total vehicle engineering of rear wheel drive and performance cars. He graduated from the University of Minnesota with a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 1994, he received a master’s degree in business from the University of Michigan School of Business Administration.
Larry A. Craig
ATS Program Engineering Manager
Craig began his career at GM in 1977. Larry has been a program engineering manager on various Cadillac programs in both the US and Europe, including the CTS, SRX and BLS. He has a bachelor of science and a master of science in mechanical engineering from Wayne State University and a MBA from Michigan State University’s Executive Management Program.
Powertrain Integration Engineer Cadillac
He works as Powertrain Integration Engineer for the ATS, previously was part of the development team for the CTS-V. Dave holds a bachelor of science in ceramic engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
Cadillac CUE Program Manager
As the CUE Program Manager, Jeff is responsible for the Program Engineering execution of Cadillac CUE. He holds a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan as well as a master of business administration & master of industrial systems engineering also from the University of Michigan.
Lead Cadillac CUE Creative Designer
As the lead Cadillac CUE industrial designer, Robert is responsible for developing innovative, finely crafted Cadillac components and experiences.
He worked on Cadillac’s Converj and Platinum concept cars. Robert graduated in 2005 from College for Creative Studies with a BFA in Transportation Design.
Cadillac ATS Global Product Manager
Ken has managed the ATS program since its inception and represents the voice of the customer and of Cadillac on the ATS team. Ken holds a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from General Motors Institute and an executive master of business administration degree from Michigan State University.

Kurt leads the marketing activities for the Cadillac ATS and Cadillac CTS. He holds a bachelor of science in management from General Motors Institute and a master of business administration for St. Joseph's University.
CADILLAC DESIGN MANAGER
As Interior Design Manager for Cadillac, Phil led a team of Creative Designers through the ATS design development, starting from early design development sketch to the completion of the final production models. He holds a bachelor's of fine arts from the Cleveland Institute of Art.
