Kelly Vanasse

Vice President, Communications, P&G Global Business Units

A 20+ year Marketing Communications professional, Kelly leads Global Communications for P&G, the world’s largest and most profitable consumer products company, with nearly $84 billion in sales and 25 billion-dollar brands. In her role, Kelly unleashes the full potential of brand communications to build and protect the Company’s brands, including icons like Gillette, Olay, Pantene, Head & Shoulders, SK-II, Pampers, Tide, Charmin, Duracell, Iams and many more. Her areas of expertise include brand public relations, stakeholder and professional communications, issues and crisis management, community relations, corporate communications, speech-writing and internal communications.

Prior to her current role, Kelly led Communications for P&G Beauty & Grooming, where she created key strategies that drove P&G Beauty & Grooming as the biggest Beauty & Grooming Company in the world.  In 2006, Kelly was tapped to lead Gillette Communications, where she was responsible for the integration of Gillette’s public relations efforts into P&G, and for driving influencer marketing for the Gillette, Braun and Venus brands.  Kelly joined P&G in 2000 through the acquisition of The Iams Company.

A music lover, Kelly holds a music degree from the University of Cincinnati-College Conservatory of Music and fosters a love of music in her children’s lives. Kelly is married with a son, age 16, a daughter, age 14, two cats and two dogs, and resides in Cincinnati, OH.
