Craig supports a number of enterprise functions across the Company, their leaders and Leadership Teams. In this role, Craig and his team help ensure that Johnson & Johnson employees in these functions have a thorough understanding of the strategic underpinnings of the business, and how their functions and roles support and drive the growth of the business.
Craig joined Johnson & Johnson in 1995 and before moving to the Corporate Communication Group in late 2008, spent more than 14 years in the Pharmaceuticals Group, where in his last position he led a communication team that supported an $18B global business unit. In that role, Craig was a member of the Global Management Board and had responsibility for managing a team of communication professionals with a focus on media relations, issues management, product public relations, executive, organizational and change communications.
Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson, Craig started the Public Relations Group at Organon Inc., the U.S. subsidiary of Organon NV of The Netherlands, where he was Director of Public and Professional Affairs. Before joining Organon, Craig was a Vice President at Burson-Marsteller, the world’s largest public relations agency. He began his career with the American Cancer Society.
Craig and his wife Diane, also a public relations executive, have two children and live in New Jersey.
