One of the myths about social media is that it’s free and easy. It’s much more than that. It’s about listening, engaging, building relationships, and the need to speak to the audience one-on-one.
Victor is currently a Manager with FedEx in their Corporate Communications department where he is responsible for leading the enterprise-wide social and digital strategies that support reputation. He is also responsible for providing project management support for the internal Global Social Business Council.
Vic’s passion for social media is realized personally through his involvement as a community mentor for businesses in Indiana and D.C. and through his work on his first book aimed at helping small businesses build their digital and social reputations. Vic is also actively involved in education reform and is committed to expanding quality education opportunities as a founding Board Member of Frayser Community Schools.
Reiss obtained his undergraduate degree from Butler University and went on to earn an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University.
