Pat Morrissey is a true GM Communications lifer, with 27 years of PR experience ….yes, that means he practiced public relations pre laptops, email and even Twitter.
In his 27 years with GM, Pat has had many different “careers”, including public policy communications in his native Washington D.C, environmental/regional communications in LA, global communications, where he was responsible for communications in South America, Africa and the Middle East, manufacturing communications, including a manufacturing plant assignment, advance technology communications -- and his current assignment – Director of Product and Brand Communications. In this position, Pat is responsible for all product communications activities around the four U.S. brands: Chevrolet, Cadillac, Buick and GMC.
A graduate of American University in Washington, D.C., Pat resides in Northville, MI, a suburb about 30 minutes west of northwest of Detroit, with his wife and three boys.
