FOR RELEASE: May 6, 2003 GM Declares Quarterly Dividend
DETROIT - General Motors Corp. (NYSE: GM, GMH) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.50 per share on GM $1-2/3 par value common stock. The dividend is payable June 10, 2003, to holders of record as of May 16, 2003. The dividend rate is unchanged from the previous quarter. General Motors Corp., the world's largest vehicle manufacturer, employs 342,000 people globally in its core automotive business and subsidiaries.
