OnStar announces it is offering a standalone rearview mirror that can be installed in non-General Motors vehicles and older GM vehicles - providing all its safety, security and connectivity services Tuesday, January 4, 2011 at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Nevada. The OnStar mirror will offer “blue button” Automatic Crash Response, Turn-by-Turn Navigation, Stolen Vehicle Location Assistance, one-button access to emergency and roadside services, and hands-free calling, including Bluetooth connectivity.
