Rüsselsheim. Dr. Karl-Thomas Neumann is the first CEO of a European automaker to use Twitter to share information about the company with the public. Under the username @KT_Neumann he will engage in dialog about Opel’s exciting models, the brand’s economic progress and mobility in general.
„Twitter is an extremely fast and also a very accessible medium. I can get in direct touch with my followers and others who are interested in Opel. I’m looking forward to carrying on dialog in 140-character format, during which I’ll also share fascinating insights into Adam Opel AG,” says Dr. Neumann.
Opel is present on all relevant Social Web channels. On Facebook alone it has over 1.6 million fans who get updates on the brand and its cars.
