You can never have too much space. Supporters of this theory could do little better than buy themselves a Nubira station wagon – especially if it also has the 121 hp two-liter diesel engine under the hood. But also with the gasoline units, Chevrolet's only station wagon boasts an enormous amount of space inside. The generous headroom in the front seats (1,000 mm) is best-in-class, as is the comfortable legroom in the back (932 mm).
The refreshing exterior design of the Nubira station wagon is based on the form of the Nubira four-door model designed by Pininfarina, but as far as the interior design is concerned, it tends more towards the sporty-elegant look of the hatchback. Alongside the folding backrest (60:40 split-folding), useful features include an additional 12V power socket in the luggage compartment and as many as 25 storage possibilities inside.
