Ralf Lehmann assumed the role of Chevrolet Europe IT Lead in June 2013. In this capacity, he is responsible for all of Chevrolet's and Cadillac's European Information Technology activities.
Ralf was born in Germany in July 1966 and grew up in Berlin. He holds a Master of Science degree in business information systems from Humboldt University Berlin, which he received in 1992.
Ralf began his career with General Motors at Opel in Rüsselsheim, Germany, in 1993 as specialist for Electronic Data Interchange in the Material and Production Control Europe group. He was named IT Manager for Transport logistics in 2001 before becoming the IT Program Manager for Global Purchasing and Supply Chain in 2004. In September 2006, Ralf moved to Detroit, Michigan, U.S.A., where he worked as the global IT Manager for Order Fulfillment system operations and development. After his return in 2009, he served as the IT Systems Strategy Manager for Aftersales Europe and most recently as the Program Manager of the IT Integration program from where he took over his current position.
Ralf is married with two children and lives near Rüsselsheim in Germany.
