2007-11-29 GM Daewoo Opens New Powertrain Plant in Changwon
Seoul, Korea - GM Daewoo celebrated today the opening of its new powertrain plant in Changwon, Korea. The 16,000-square-meter plant is initially producing 1.0-liter and 1.2-liter eco-friendly engines and five-speed manual transmissions for mini and small vehicles sold around the world.
