GM and Partners Reach Agreement with Daewoo on Creation of New Company
Seoul - South Korea -- General Motors Corporation (NYSE: GM, GMH), Daewoo Motor Company, and the Korea Development Bank acting on behalf of the Daewoo Motor Creditors Committee, today signed final definitive agreements for the establishment of a new automotive company. Opel Concept Car Joins California Fuel Cell Partnership

Opel Corsa Eco Sets New Standards in Fuel Consumption
Rüsselsheim. Opel has added a new model to its low-consumption "Eco" line-up, introducing the most economical gasoline engine car in its class anywhere in the world. The new Corsa Eco consumes only 4.9 liters of gasoline per 100 kilometers (MVEG combined cycle) and it sets new standards for low CO2 emissions, at only 118 grams per kilometer.   more...

Sporty Opel Newcomers: Astra OPC and Astra OPC Station Wagon

Opel is presenting to the public its latest high-performance sports models, the Astra OPC and Astra OPC station wagon, at the 12th Auto Mobil International in Leipzig, Germany (April 13 to April 21, 2002).
