Hans Barth Appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Opel Powertrain GmbH

In its constituent meeting today, the Supervisory Board of Opel Powertrain GmbH elected Hans Barth, who is Vice President Project and Production Support of General Motors Europe, as its Chairman. The ten-millionth transmission from Rüsselsheim
Rüsselsheim. Opel Powertrain GmbH, a subsidiary of the FIAT-GM Powertrain joint venture, has a production anniversary to celebrate: the ten-millionth transmission made in Rüsselsheim left the production line today. It is a manual-shift six-speed gearbox for a rear-wheel-drive car and will be installed in Opel's top Omega model.   more...

Four More Opel Models on the South African Market
