Designed after observing how children actually behave when trapped in a trunk, the GM system, first to market, includes an Automatic Trunk Detection and Opener feature with an easy-to-reach and easy-to-use escape latch to help eliminate the chance of a child being accidentally trapped in a vehicle’s trunk.
