The GMAC Mortgage Family First website, previously only available as an intranet site, boasts enhanced features including: streamlined navigation, a fresh new look, and expanded content - including an online application and an account access feature for current customers.
With the increasing number of Internet consumers, the GM Family Division of GMAC Mortgage recognizes the demand to provide online access. "Our new web site delivers the best in customer service and provides an additional way to develop customer relationships as the Internet becomes an indispensable part of the modern lifestyle," said Greg Sugg, senior vice president and general manager, GM Family Division. "Our goal is to provide members of the GM Family with the convenience of easily accessible resources to help meet their changing needs." Visitors to the new site can now complete an online application and receive a response within one to two hours depending on the amount of information submitted by the user.
Those who currently have a home loan being serviced by GMAC Mortgage, now have the convenience to access their account online with the ability to view previous payments, payment schedule and account balance. Information about personalized real estate and moving services available through affiliates of GMAC Home Services, Inc. and GMAC Real Estate, Inc. can also be found on the site.
Refreshed creative features encourage users to navigate throughout the site and discover the wide range of Family First products available. The site also features updates on new programs and services like the recently announced Expanded Eligibility program for immediate family members. GM Family members who would like their immediate family members to receive product information on the Expanded Eligibility program can register them online. "The inherent speed of the web allows GM Family members to easily and quickly integrate and manage their mortgage needs from a single, convenient desktop location," stated Sugg.
