                   Cadillac. Catera is designed to appeal
                   to buyers who want quality and value,

                   and a vehicle that's fun to drive.
                   Cadillac Owner Privileges feature
                   no-charge scheduled maintenance for
                   4 years or 80,000 km. Catera also
                   features OnStar premium service at no
                   charge for one year.

CUSTOMER PROFILE: The Cadillac Catera is designed to
                   appeal to upscale buyers from mid-30s
                   to early 50s. These buyers, however,
                   are not traditional Cadillac customers.
                   They are more prone to own or have
                   owned import nameplates, and although
                   many are affluent, they also tend to be
                   value-conscious.
